In 2026, GCMM is preparing Mega City Media Campaigns across three continents: Ethiopia — Africa The next citywide Gospel campaign, helping local churches reach people at a scale like never before. Moldova — Europe A timely outreach in a nation facing uncertainty, where the hope of Christ is deeply needed. Mongolia — Asia A campaign to help local believers carry the Good News across a vast and spiritually significant nation. Three continents. Three nations. One message: there is hope in Jesus.

Ethiopia: A Strategic Gospel Moment for Africa

After more than 100 media campaigns, GCMM is preparing for one of the largest Gospel media campaigns in Africa — a citywide outreach in Ethiopia. Ethiopia stands at a crossroads of faith, culture, and influence on the continent. It is a nation with deep spiritual history, significant religious diversity, and a passionate Church longing to reach its own people with the hope of Jesus. For 30 days, Gospel messages will be shared across a major city through media, helping local believers speak beyond the walls of the church and into the daily life of their nation. This campaign is a way to strengthen the witness of the local Church at a scale many churches could never reach alone — through television, radio, digital media, print, prayer response, and personal follow-up. Those who respond will not be left alone. They will be connected with local churches for prayer, Scripture, discipleship, and caring follow-up. This is why Ethiopia matters. It is not only the next campaign. It is a strategic opportunity to help the Church proclaim Christ in a nation of influence — and to believe for Gospel impact that can reach far beyond one city.

Representing GCMM in signing and witnessing the agreement were Hannu Haukka, Executive Director; and Kenneth Grönroos, GCMM Chairman Emeritus of the board. Lord willing, the Mega City Campaign will begin towards the end of the year.

Many children in Moldova are being raised by grandparents or in care centres as parents leave for work abroad. The war has worsened existing economic hardship.

Spiritual hunger in Mongolia is real. Five new churches have already been planted since the initial Mega City Media Campaign in Ulaanbaatar. The gospel message continues to be proclaimed... and “Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved!”
